Nintendo and the long hand of the law are clamping down on websites illegally distributing DS and DSi games. The Kyoto District Court recently sentenced 38 year-old Yoshiaki Asagiri to 2.5 years in prison and slapped a $100,000 fine for distributing DS games online without permission. Late last year, Asagiri was arrested for creating a website that made over 1,000 DS games available for download.[Techradar]
